You agree not to disclose, reproduce, sell or distribute to any third party any information, written or spoken, including course materials, obtained from us in connection with our courses or tutoring programs, and agree to use such information only for your personal, non-commercial use.
You understand that for certain programs, size is limited and, therefore, enrollment is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
You are solely responsible for all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment and all Internet or wireless services required for access to and use of our online services.
We reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted.
Details of the academic content covered in all courses are available by request. These courses are offered as supplements to academic work completed through accredited schools or homeschooling. The content is not aligned to any state, national or international curriculum standards. These courses are not graded, and no transcripts or other records are provided.

1-on-1 Tutoring

There is no setup fee
Because of the personalized nature of the course, classes are usually scheduled at the end of the previous class and vary widely in length. You understand that payment will be calculated based on the duration of the class as according to the price.
You authorize Project Academic Weapon LLC to charge the weekly balance due to the payment method on file.
You understand that cancelations must be given at least 1 hour in advance or you will be charged for 60 minutes even if the student doesn't show up.

Tutor Satisfaction

If you are not happy with the tutor we have assigned to you, please contact us before your second tutoring class. We will assign a new tutor and we will not charge you for your first class with your original tutor.

Payment Process

Payments are made on Mondays.
You’ll only be billed for the live tutoring hours that took place during the week. For example, on Monday 8th, you will be billed for all the lessons that took place between the 1st-7th.
Your first payment will be sent as an invoice to your email, with a 7-day due date.
We prefer card payments, but you can also pay via Link or CashApp.
After your first payment, your payment details will be stored in our secure payment platform. All details are confidential, are not visible, and are deleted from our system once tutoring has ceased.
Using your stored payment details, we'll automatically bill you for the following weeks.

Score Guarantee

*Offer: If the Student's SAT score doesn’t increase by 200 points or more and hasn't reached a score of 1500 or more after completing 40 hours of live tutoring, the Student is eligible for free group session tutoring until the guarantee is met.*

Commitment to Learning: Students must complete a minimum of 40 live tutoring hours and consistently complete all assigned practice work with good-faith effort.
Verified Starting Score: Students must provide proof of an official SAT or PSAT score before starting the program. If no official score is available, an extensive diagnostic with one of our tutors will establish the baseline.
Post-Program Testing Requirement: Students must take at least one official SAT exam and contact us with a photo of their score as verification after completing 40 live tutoring hours (only scores after the completion of the course is accepted).
Superscoring for Guarantee: The highest section scores across all official SAT tests (superscore) will be used to determine whether the guarantee is met.
